Here are some photos of Daisy (Rosie x Ferrari). She is Adele’s sister and lives with Julie. I’m hoping to update the blog more frequently with photos from puppy buyers. Never enough hours in the day!
Rose City Classic Update
Merik (Maglod-Falvi Amerika) won points one day at the Rose City Classic in Portland as well as several reserves. He is still just a young dog and we are looking forward to more shows with him.
Mercy (Coburg Hills Show No Mercy) needs just two points to finish and she took several reserves at Rose City as well. Hopefully she will finish soon!
Boomer (Coburg Hills Outback Outlaw) out of the Fergie x Denzel litter receive Best Opposite at the puppy competition. At four months of age he did great. Rose City is a difficult show because of the huge numbers of people.
We still have a nice female puppy available from Bella’s litter. Email us for more information if you are interested.
XMas Cards
Thought everyone might like to see our Xmas card from this year (just in case you didn’t get it; tried to get them all sent out from Florida this year). This is a puppy from our Rosie litter and we think she is just darling.
We also got some wonderful Xmas cards and photos from our puppy buyers. Here are some of them and I will continue to post more. Thank you for sending photos and updates ~ always nice to see and hear how every one is doing (and others with littermates like to see too).
Mercy
So excited to finally get photos to work on my blog (news section). Now I feel seriously behind…. I have some great photos from puppy buyers to post soon, but wanted to post Mercy’s win picture which I got recently. Mercy needs just two points to finish her championship, which is pretty rare for such a young dog. So she has 13 points with both majors. She was handled by Angela for all but two points. Portland here we come!
We finally committed to getting our property fenced. It adds up quickly when you have acreage. Now we are able to have roaming, farm dogs. They seem to spend most of their time playing in the mud, unfortunately.
Grand Finale to 2011
Overall we had a good year in 2011 for our kennel and breeding program. We started the year finishing Fergie’s (Coburghill Big Girls Don’t Cry) championship and through out the year we collected points on numerous dogs. We almost finished Mercy (Coburg Hills Show No Mercy) who in a quick month racked up 13 points and 2 majors towards her championship; handled by Angela. We’ve never had a girl collect points so fast and especially when they are young (she was only 16 months old). She needs just 2 points to finish and we hope to accomplish this in Portland; it is a big show though with a lot of competition. We also attended the Eukanuba National Championship in Orlando, Florida where Angela and Harley (Adesa’s Up For A Ride) competed in junior showmanship. This is a by-invitation show only so we were very pleased that Angela was invited. We were thrilled to have some successful breedings and we look forward to watching the puppies mature. All in all, a good year and looking forward to an even better year in 2012; lots of things planned. Happy New Year to Everyone!
